Eight Generations of

Where It All Began
In 1801, Henry Potts made his home in the rolling Piedmont region of Northeast Georgia moving from his birthplace of Iredell, NC.
Generations of Stewardship
Through the Civil War, two World Wars, and decades of change, the Potts family held fast to their land and their values. Each generation inherited not just acreage, but a commitment to working the land with integrity and raising cattle the right way — on open pastures with room to roam.
Kyle, Jeff & the Family
Eighth-generation farmer Kyle Potts carries the legacy forward — his three children being the ninth. He raises Angus cattle on the same rolling Georgia hills his ancestors first tended, grain-finishing his beef for the rich marbling and flavor that sets it apart. It's not just a business — it's a way of life.
Potts Family Meats
The family established their own USDA Federally Inspected processing facility in Jefferson, Georgia. From pasture to package, they now control every step — ensuring the quality, safety, and craftsmanship that carries their family name. Alongside their premium Angus beef, they produce whole-hog sausage, artisan jerky, and smoke sticks.

- Beef: 450 lbs weight minimum
- Pork: 125 lbs weight minimum
- Animals must be healthy and ambulatory
