Potts Family Meats is a USDA federally inspected facility offering processing for beef and pork.

Processing is by appointment only!

 

Important Information:

​

  • We receive animals on Tuesday between 7am and 11am. If that is not convenient for you, we can schedule a Monday drop off.        (Please call us to schedule)

  • Animals must be able to walk on their own. 

  • If the whole beef carcass weighs less than 450 lbs,  you will be charged for the minimum hanging weight of 450 lbs. 

  • If the whole pork carcass weighs less than 125 lbs, you will be charged for the minimum hanging weight of 125 lbs.

  • We do not accept cut sheets for an animal prior to drop off. You are welcome to fill out a cut sheet at drop off, but it is not required. We will contact you at our earliest convenience for your cut order.

  • We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.

  • You must pickup your order within 10 business days of being called or you will be charged a daily storage fee for each day after 10 business days.

  • We prefer cash or check, but credit cards are accepted for an additional 3% fee.​
